SANYA HARIYANI – MERCHANT
FounderSanya is the founder and Academic Director of Learning Synapses, an Education Partner for preschools, schools, child care programs and children’s programs across 5 states in India. She is an experienced educator and has been instrumental in setting up over 10 brands across education programs.
Sanya completed her Masters in Early Childhood Education from SNDT Women’s University, in 2011, where she gained the knowledge, understanding and need to nurture people, right from an early ageShe undertook her Post Graduate research on ‘Infant Stimulation: A Multiple Intelligence perspective’ as a fellow of Barrington Education Initiative, Switzerland which helped her to identify the ability of a child to understand his area of interest as soon as he comes to his senses
Sanya started her professional career with Edvance Pre-School, the parent company for Serra International Schools, where she was in-charge of setting up schools and training business partners. It was during this time, that she felt the need for an independent entity which will lay down the framework for the process of planning for holistic human development starting from an early age
Sanya was a visiting faculty with S.N.D.T. Women’s University & Nanavati Research Institute since 2012.
