Sanya Hariyani

Sanya Hariyani is a seasoned Early Childhood Educator, with over 12 years of expertise in school setup, curriculum innovation, and teacher development. As the founder of Learning Synapses Education Solutions LLP, she has impacted more than 100,000 children and trained over 2,000 teachers across India and internationally. Sanya’s consultancy supports school leaders across diverse educational environments, with extensive projects in curriculum design, hands-on teacher training, and educational scaling.

A passionate advocate for play-based and STEM learning, her pedagogical knowledge spans Montessori, inquiry-based, and project-based learning. She founded the SimplyBuild Lego and STEAM Program
in 2023. SimplyBuild is now active across 3 centers and growing, with over 100 young learners discovering STEM, creativity, and problem-solving through play.

She was awarded Global Leader for Young Children in 2019 and has been a Speaker at various national and international platforms for children’s learning and development.
