She has done her post graduate in Human Development. Her expertise in Early Childhood comes with an experience of working in the field of teacher training & special needs. Through her experience in life-span studies, Pooja has been successful in planning training programs, workshops & curriculums for varied age groups.
She has represented S.V.T College of Home Science from the SNDT University for their research programs at State Level Research Competitions – ‘Avishkar’ for quality research work for the topic of ‘Socio-Emotional Effects of Recession’.
She undertook her Post Graduate action research on ‘Understanding concerns of Working Mother in Public and Private Sectors’ and also developed an interventional booklet to help the Mother cope with their various issues.
